Please review the Kindred Red policies before making an order.

Returns
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately so I can resolve it in a timely manner!

Payment
Payments are processed either through Shopify Payments, which accepts all major credit cards, or Paypal. Orders must be paid in full before they can be shipped.

Sales Tax
Orders placed within Ohio will have 7% sales tax applied to their products, but not shipping. Orders coming from outside Ohio are not subject to sales tax!
